Accreditation Information

Trinity Home Health Services meets the highest standards of care and service. Our programs and services are Medicare certified and licensed and fully compliant with all state regulatory requirements. We are also accredited with the Community Health Accreditation Program, an independent accrediting body for community-based health care organizations in the United States.

THHS performs annual internal audits of its entire home care program. We require extensive prior experience for all our professional staff, and test them yearly for competency on skills and new procedures. We require yearly IV certification, and many staff members have advanced certifications from organizations such as the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society, Rehabilitation Nurse Certification Board, National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators, and others.
