Hospice Care Services

Hospice is not a place, but rather a way of caring that brings comfort to people at the end of life and offers support and understanding to their families. Hospice Care helps people with life-limiting illnesses remain home and pain-free, nourished by the support of their loved ones. Hospice Care patients live their final days with peace and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. THHS also provides hospice care to residents of nursing facilities.

Trinity Home Health Services provides Hospice Care for people who:

• Have an illness causing a limited life expectancy
• Choose pain management, care and comfort, rather than curative treatment
• Choose no extreme means to sustain life
• Have end-stage conditions such as cancer, heart disease, lung disease, AIDS, ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) Alzheimer's or kidney failure
• Are grieving the loss of a family member or loved one
