Trinity
Home Health Services Adds ZOE™ Technology to Heart Failure
Program
Trinity Home Health Services (THHS), the parent company
for Mercy Home Care
Agencies in Cadillac, Grayling, Oakland (Bloomfield Hills),
Muskegon, Port Huron and
Saint Mary’s Home Care in Grand Rapids, purchased the
ZOE™ Fluid Status Monitors
to enhance their ability to monitor heart failure patients
at home. The ZOE™ monitor,
newly approved by the FDA, detects increased fluid levels
two weeks before it is
noticeable as weight gain. Managing fluid levels is a critical
part of keeping patients with
congestive heart failure out of the hospitals and emergency
rooms. More
